Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Counter Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while managing various tasks in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, preparing orders, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills and a passion for customer service.
Duties
Greet customers when entering the store.
Take orders accurately and write down important information in assigned book.
Prepare orders by checking stock first then placing orders as needed.
Handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
Maintain cleanliness of the counter area throughout the shift.
Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
Creating and maintaining return s) including all RGA.
Upsell specific items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Answering the phone immediately.
Helping walk-in’s customers locate and finding products.
Experience
Previous experience in the automotive industry is A MUST.
Familiarity with cashiering practices and basic skills for handling transactions. (VISA, MASTERCARD, INTERACT ETC)
Knowledge of automotive experience and practices is required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
Having confidence, being friendly and outgoing is a absolute character trait required.
