Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Associate to join our expanding team. If you’re passionate about cars, have exceptional communication skills, and excel in sales, we’d love to connect with you.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Proactively call and follow up with leads to increase sales opportunities.
Customer Engagement: Warmly welcome customers, identify their needs, and guide them through the car-buying process.
Credit Applications: Assist customers in completing credit applications and gathering required documentation.
Product Knowledge: Keep an in-depth understanding of our vehicle lineup, highlighting key features and benefits.
Consultative Selling: Employ a consultative approach to help customers select a vehicle that meets their needs and budget.
Financing Coordination: Partner with the finance team to present loan options, including credit rebuilding programs and early lease termination services.
Trade-In Evaluation: Assess trade-in vehicles and negotiate fair pricing.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service before, during, and after the sale to ensure a positive customer experience.
Appointment Setting: Support online inquiries by scheduling appointments and efficiently managing follow-ups.
Professionalism: Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum two years of automotive sales experience, with subprime sales experience considered an asset.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Service: Strong focus on customer satisfaction, complemented by solid negotiation abilities.
Self-Motivated: Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license is required.
Certification: OMVIC certification is mandatory.
