This particular position is with the Foundation Group of this Global Conglomerate.We are looking to hire a Legal Professional who will play a pivotal role within the Foundation.You will ensure the company’s compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, managing key legal functions, and fostering relationships with external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess extensive legal expertise, particularly in areas of corporate social responsibility, compliance management, and advisory services.Key Responsibilities1. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)Provide legal oversight and strategic advice for CSR initiatives.Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing CSR activities.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to promote CSR projects.2. Compliance ManagementDevelop and maintain compliance policies and frameworks.Conduct regular compliance audits to identify and mitigate risks.Ensure adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory standards.3. Structuring Internal Rewards SystemsDesign and review policies for internal reward and recognition systems.Ensure alignment of reward structures with organizational objectives and legal guidelines.4. Collaboration with Government AuthoritiesBuild and maintain productive relationships with government bodies and regulatory authorities.Represent the company in discussions and negotiations with external agencies.5. Review and Vetting of Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs)Draft, review, and negotiate MoUs and other legal agreements.Provide advisory services to internal teams on legal matters related to agreements.Candidate Requirements:Ideal candidate should come with 8-12 years of experience in a similar work profileJob Location is Mumbai
