Vos responsabilités

Gérer et mener à bien des transactions de F&A de A à Z.
Rédiger, négocier et réviser des contrats liés aux opérations commerciales.
Offrir des conseils juridiques en matière de réorganisations et de gouvernance d’entreprise.
Assurer la conformité réglementaire et la gestion des risques pour les clients.
Effectuer de la recherche juridique et se tenir à jour sur les tendances du secteur.
Participer au développement des affaires et à l’acquisition de nouveaux clients.
Profil recherché

3+ ans d’expérience en droit des affaires (F&A, transactions commerciales et contrats).
Diplôme en droit et membre du Barreau du Québec .
Bilinguisme complet (français et anglais) pour servir une clientèle variée.
Grande autonomie et capacité à gérer des dossiers de manière indépendante.
Vision stratégique et axée sur les affaires , avec une approche proactive.
Esprit d’équipe solide et excellentes compétences en gestion de la relation client.
