Position Overview
AVP Business Marketing Manager will report and directly work with the SVP Operations and the Founders.
This role will manage and support activities across all stages of the: customer acquisition, activation, retention and generating more business through different marketing channels.
Roles And Responsibilities
• Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
• Analyze user experience data, initiating digital projects, reporting on planned and current strategies, leading effective digital marketing strategies, and ensuring that projects are executed within budget.
• Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Monitor and improve performance of all online campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Organically increase company's presence in market
• Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple sales channels and customer touch points.
• Draw out a comprehensive marketing plan to boost penetration, brand awareness and acquisition of customer/partners.
• Maintains digital relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs.
• Should be willing to be a part of fast-paced aggressive work culture growing start-up.
• Great communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset ability to see and derive value out of every associations
