As a B Tech Cosmetics for Sales & Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in fostering enduring connections with our clients. Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs, addressing concerns promptly, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with 3 to 6 years of experience in client coordination or relationship management within the cosmetics manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities:
(a) Cultivate Relationships with Key Stakeholders among Customers
(b) Develop Strategic Plans to Address Clients' Business Needs
(c) Conduct Regular Meetings with Customers to Ensure Ongoing Satisfaction
(d) Serve as the Point of Contact for Complaints, Escalating Issues When Necessary
(e) Collaborate with the Sales Team to Enhance Up-Selling or Cross-Selling Opportunities
(f) Monitor Adherence to Contract Terms by Both Company and Clients
(g) Work Closely with Internal Teams (e.g., Sales, Planning, Senior Management) to Address Customer Requirements
Required Skills:
(a) Proven Experience (3 to 6 years) as a Client Coordinator or Relationship Manager
(b) Background in Customer Service with a Strong Knowledge of the Cosmetics Manufacturing Industry
(c) Proficient in Tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Including Customer Satisfaction
(d) Customer-Oriented Attitude
(e) Exceptional Communication and Negotiation Skills
(f) Strong Problem-Solving Aptitude
(g) Ability to Collaborate Effectively within a Team
