Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence. Handle requests and queries appropriately. Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments. Make travel arrangements. Take dictation and minutes Source office supplies. Produce reports, presentations and briefs Devise and maintain office filing system.
