Key Responsibilities:
Managing emails, calls, and regular correspondence independently
Taking dictation and preparing MoUs, circulars, agreements, and minutes
Handling all secretarial tasks including photocopying, scanning, filing
Coordinating with vendors/technicians (IT, electrician, plumber, etc.) for maintenance
Maintaining office premises and ensuring all equipment is in working condition
Managing stock of stationery, letterheads, business cards, and cartridges
Updating member/vendor databases and supporting website admin
Making and attending phone calls; good telephonic communication is essential
Attending events organized in Mumbai as required
Supporting tele-marketing and related follow-up calls when necessary
Candidate Profile:
Education: Graduate (MS-CIT preferred)
Experience: 1+ Year in admin/secretarial roles
Skills Required:
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet
Strong written and spoken English
Knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation
Experience with Express and DTP (preferred)- (Desktop Publishing): This refers to experience with designing and formatting documents, such as brochures, newsletters, or reports using software like Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW, or MS Publisher.
Result-oriented and well-organized
Experience in tele-marketing or website admin is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
