Job Description
Responsibilities: ●Development of Primary and secondary packaging, E-commerce packaging material & Multiple products. ● Finalizing commercial & negotiations with vendor/supplier for the new project. ● Working on reverse engineering calculations & commercial calculations for the new project based on specification of material, Machinery, Space, Manpower, Etc ● Individual Project handling & development of prototypes. ● Co-ordination with customer & designers for artwork development. ● Artwork checking as per legal metrology, Packaging compliance & provide solutions as per guidelines. ● Working with application R&D team for raw material sourcing & tasting. ● Co-ordination with suppliers, marketing team, sales & product team. ● Working on cost saving Eco-Friendly packaging material. ● Involved in new application development and automation of production. ● Tasting of current applications & raw material. ● Temper proof packaging solutions. ● Preparation of packaging material technical specification. MIS for vendor assessment, Quarterly vendor Audits ● Factory inventory management & Sourcing. Production to Dispatch plan as per customer orders & timelines. Skills: ● Personal integrity; ability to maintain confidentiality. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint ● Ability to strategize and solve problems ● Strong leadership and organizational skills ● Excellent communication and people skills Experience: 2+ years
