Hi, and thank you for reading. We are looking for a senior back-end developer to join our team as soon as possible. We work on Go, Postgres, and Graphql. We highly encourage test-driven development.

• Job security is important to us. In five years, we’ve never done any layoff, and we won’t in this downtown either.
• Expectation for you to provide constructive points of view on things technical, product, design business, and anything else.

REQUIREMENTS
• You code with purpose and understanding of the outcome of the feature. If it isn’t clear, you request product management to provide enough context.
• Test-driven development just makes sense to you.
• Quality and scalability of your code is a priority for you in all things
• You are hungry to keep learning. You often read, watch videos, or do other things to continuously improve your skill and understanding.
• You have over three years of experience with Golang, and you have a deep understanding of the internal functioning.
• You have over five years of experience with backend development. You easily adjust or create functions for max efficiency. You have a solid understanding on how to maintain indexes and how to store information in SQL.
• Have excellent ability with SQL queries.
BONUS SKILLS
Prior experience working with AWS (EC2, S3, etc).
Prior experience working with Node.
Prior experience working with Docker and Kubernetes.
Prior experience working with microservices and/or distributed systems.
Prior experience working with TypeScript or another strongly-typed language.
