Job description
Coordinate with the companies for placement and other departments in chandigarh university.
Scheduling meeting with Department Head.
Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails and coordinating.
Assisting and coordinating with the other departments for daily work.
Coordinate with the management.
Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mail.
Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary.
Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and conducting research.
Should have Excelent Communication Skills (Verbal and written both).
Good knowledge of advanced excel (vlookup, pivot tables, etc.)
Candidate must have pleasant personality.
Minimum Graduation required.
