Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Backend Operations Executive with a background in commerce to join our team at our Karkardooma, East Delhi location. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting and finance, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to manage backend operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing daily backend operations, including data entry, document management, and report generation.
• Support the finance and accounting departments with tasks related to bookkeeping, invoice processing, and reconciliation.
• Handle administrative duties, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the backend operations.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of all operational tasks.
• Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management review.
Key Requirements:
• Educational Background:
• Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or a commerce graduate from a regular college.
• Experience:
• Open to freshers as well as candidates with relevant experience in backend operations or finance-related roles.
• Communication Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Confident and capable of handling communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Age:
• 20 to 2+ years.
• Gender:
• Female candidates only.
Desired Attributes:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
