Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handling stock market backend operations
Managing and resolving old cases of bad deliveries
Dividend reconciliation and follow-ups
Coordination with:Brokers
Depositories (NSDL/CDSL)Registrar & Transfer Agents (RTA)
Monitoring corporate actions (bonus, split, rights, etc.)
Ensuring proper documentation, compliance, and audit readiness
Maintaining accurate records and MIS reporting
Candidate Profile:
Experience in stock broking / DP / NBFC / finance backend operations
Strong working knowledge of:Settlement processes
Demat systems
Corporate actions
Ability to independently handle legacy and complex cases
Good coordination, follow-up, and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
