Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing quality care and support to patients within our Care Home

Duties:
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Assist in implementing care plans under the supervision of healthcare providers
- Provide basic patient care such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Utilize IT systems for record-keeping and data entry

Experience:
- Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving role is preferred
- Familiarity with care plans and procedures
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes
- Experience in home care or care home environments is advantageous
- Proficiency in English for effective communication
