Our Shireliving Extra Care services provide homes for people over 55 years old, who need safety, security and reassurance with a range of care options available to meet their individual needs. Our vibrant communities within ShireLiving thrive on connection and joy, offering activities tailored to what our residents love most. Together, we create a warm, engaging environment where everyone feels valued and supported. At Maywood, we have 52 apartments housing tenants with varying needs.
Joining our team at Maywood which is rated ‘’Good’’ by CQC, will mean that you will play a vital role in promoting and enabling inclusivity, individuality and independence through respectfully supporting our tenants who lead active lives exploring their interests.
We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate that they up hold our values, to ensure that the services to our customers are excellent. As a Housing and Care Assistant, you will bring the below values and behaviours.
