Since the early days, we’ve grown to provide many innovative and bespoke care services to thousands of people across England and Scotland. We want to provide support based on the principles of choice, dignity and respect. This resonates in our vision of ‘Your Life, Your Choice’ and our strategy ‘Best Lives Possible’.

We have strong values and we’re proud to pioneer new ways of delivering social care to stand out in our sector. In the past two years, we have won or made the shortlist for over 100 national and regional awards!

We are also focused on our people. Our Support Workers are dedicated and passionate about going ‘the extra mile’ for the people we support and in return, we go the extra mile for them by investing in pay, recognition, wellbeing and continued professional and personal development. We provide you with all the training, support and personal protective equipment you need in your role and will help you develop, should you decide you want to develop your career with us.

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
We are three lovely ladies ranging from the ages of 52 to 80.

We each have unique personalities and different interests but we have a happy and beautiful home and we have known each other and lived together for years! We are all pretty mobile around our house. Between us we face many challenges such as having hearing/visual impairments, autism and learning disabilities but that does not stop us from living our best lives .

We have a caring and pro-active team that are trained to work with us and help us to achieve our best lives possible, our staff team are constantly undergoing new and updated training to make sure our support is dynamic yet consistent.

What is important to us

What are we proud of? We are all immensely proud of our home! All three of us like a clean and clear environment and take pride in the way our home looks. Between us we have selected the colour schemes, the furniture and the ornaments to reflect each of our personalities.
We like a variety of activities but our favourite ones include: Cinema and Theatre trips, weekly massage hair dressers trips and new places, Baking, Pub lunches!!
Other interests that we have also include animals arts and crafts indoor activities
We aspire to continue to travel and discover new places! In the last year we have all been on holiday and have enjoyed trying different activities and seeing new surroundings.
All three of us LOVE going into our local town! Quite often as soon as a staff member starts shift, we will be asking to go into our local town whether that’s for a walk in the park, a pub lunch, to stock up on bubble bath or to buy arts and crafts . one of us is independent and will go visit the town by her self or her family
We would describe ourselves as bubbly, loveable and like to have a laugh.
We need people who are confident, reliable, patient (as well as speaking loudly and clearly), caring and most importantly have a great sense of humour. We need people who are pro-active in looking for new activities and places of interest and people that will support us to maintain our lovely house
Your values:
Naturally it is important too that you share our company values - We Include; We Deliver; We Aspire; We Respect; We Enable, which are at the heart of everything we do and ensure that we deliver high quality, consistent care and support. People's values are important to use, so we look for people with:

-Patience

- A strong work ethic
- Reliability
- Honesty
