Job Summary:
As a Banker-Customer Experience at IDFC FIRST Bank, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless banking experience for our customers. You will be a part of the Retail Banking team, specifically in the Branch Banking department, and will be based at our Mumbai branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand and address customer needs, queries, and complaints promptly and effectively
- Educate customers about our products and services and assist them in choosing the right solutions for their financial needs
- Process various banking transactions accurately and efficiently
- Promote and cross-sell banking products and services to meet individual and team targets
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch and bank-wide goals
- Stay updated with industry trends and changes in banking technology to provide the best customer experience
- Adhere to all compliance and risk management guidelines to ensure a safe and secure banking environment for customers and the bank
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the banking industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in using technology and digital platforms for banking operations
- Knowledge of banking products and services
