Designation: Banking Faculty (Quants and Reasoning)
The faculty will be responsible for teaching students who are preparing for RBI GRADE B GENERAL, preparing study material, making question papers, and any other work of similar nature assigned by the company.
Roles and responsibilities:-
• Deliver engaging and interactive lectures, presentations, and discussions. Utilize effective teaching methodologies and strategies to enhance student learning and comprehension.
• Must be comfortable in Teaching on Youtube channel.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive study materials and test series for RBI Grade B General, English sections according to the latest exam pattern and syllabus.
• Conduct live online classes, covering all key concepts and solving diverse practice problems effectively.
• Analyze student performance data and utilize it to continuously improve teaching methods and course content.
• Stay updated on the latest exam trends and syllabus changes, adapting your teaching approach accordingly.
• Address student queries, provide clarification, and offer additional resources to support their learning needs.
Skills and Requirements :
• Must have appeared / Taught for Banking Exam
• Must have access to digital smartboard
• Excellent command over the English Language.
• Proficiency in instructional design and delivery methods (content delivery).
