Job Description
Structured Finance & Lending: Advise on structured finance, syndicated lending, project finance, acquisition finance, and complex debt transactions.
• Banking & Finance Transactions: Support banks, financial institutions, NBFCs, funds, and corporates on a wide range of financing and refinancing mandates.
• Documentation & Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements, security documents, inter-creditor arrangements, debenture documentation, and related contracts.
• Regulatory Advisory: Provide counsel on regulatory aspects, including RBI, FEMA, and SEBI regulations relevant to financing transactions.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with partners, internal teams, and external advisors to deliver strategic, commercially viable legal solutions.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct detailed research on financing structures, evolving market practices, and provide actionable insights.
Ideal Candidate:
• Lawyer with PQE from 2019 / 2020 / 2021 batches (approx. 3–6 years of relevant experience).
• Strong expertise in Banking & Finance transactions, with proven drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• LLB from a reputed law school.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex, high-value transactions under timelines.
• Prior experience in the Banking & Finance practice at a leading law firm is strongly preferred.
