Job Purpose:
• Need to work as a Senior Technology Consultant in the capacity of CM Specialist in CM core modernisation and transformation projects
• Should exhibit deep experience in financial services during the client discussions and be able to convince the client on the solution
• Lead and manage a team of technology consultants to be able to deliver large technology programs in the capacity of TechTeam Leader
Work Experience Requirements
Candidate should come with prior work experience on one or more of Capital Markets Business Domain areas (from the below list)
• Forex Trading and Derivatives i.e. FX Forwards, FX Swaps, FX Options, Pricing, Risks and PNL
• Cap Mkts: fixed income, equity, derivatives, trading lifecycle
• middle and back office – knowledge/ experience in payments, confirmation, reconciliation, settlement and clearing
• front office – knowledge/experience in pricing, trade capture, risk parameters and PNL
• Treasury and Liquidity Management – Knowledge of ALM, Position Keeping, Risk Reporting
• Collateral Management – Knowledge of repos, clearing and settlement of OTCs
• Transaction Data Management – Knowhow of RMDS, Bloomberg, RFA etc. used for Security, Client & Market Data sets
• Regulatory and Compliance – i.e. implementation of MIFID, DTCC, BASIL, DFA, EMIR standard reporting, FRTB, IMA and SA, Concept of Capital Optimisation
• Candidate must have operated inone or more of following CM LOB Tech Field of Play (Project Types)
• CM Technology architecture – Implementation, Integration and Tech Support
• System Interfaces dev and business data migrations (trade, static, reference, market, reg-reporting).
• System configuration on one or more CapMarket Tech Solutions such as Murex, Calypso, Kondor+/ Fusion Kondor, Finastra Fusion,SunGard Treasury, Broadridge Gloss, Fidessa, MarkitSERV, Summit
Mandatory skills:
Technical:
• Application and Solution (workflow, interface) technical design skills
• System configuration design in Market, Static and Reference data
• Knowledge of databases, application servers, technical architectures, security and performance management
• Expertise in writing integration specifications and knowledge of SOAP or REST APIs
• Scripting skills – Able to write SQL, Python, Shell scripts of moderate complexity
• Programming skills : One of (Java, C++, C#) - able to write methods calling APIs.
• Experience in Cloud and CI/CD (Devops Automation environment)
• Should come with following platform skills (either Murex or Calypso or both)
• Murex Skills (should have expertise in 2 or more areas from following):
• Murex environment Administration - build and configuration (launchers and services)
• Murex workflows (MXML)
• Murex EOD cycle and processes
• Datamart reporting
• FO Capture, Accounting, Market Risk and/or Credit Valuation Adjustment modules
• Murex Parallel Computing (MPC) grid
• MXTest/ Murex CTT/ MxConfig
• Real-time rates
• Calypso Skills
• Experience in Calypso architecture, JVM, and other Calypso infrastructure components.
• Experience in implementing customizations and extensions XML based programming using Java / J2EE, Spring/Hibernate/JMS/ Calypso, Knowledge of Operations workflows, API, trade/exchange workflows
• Having implementation experience in any CM Trading platform (COTS or custom) will be an added advantage
