Cretum Advisory is on the lookout for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our Markets Team and support our domestic business practice.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and nurture strong relationships with startups, unicorns, and business conglomerates to promote Cretum’s offerings.
• Strategically plan and conduct meetings (in-person or virtual) with potential clients to present service offerings including tax advisory, business structuring, and other solutions.
• Lead client engagement efforts and ensure consistent relationship management and follow-ups.
• Drive commercial discussions and closure of business deals with prospective clients.
• Actively represent Cretum Advisory at various industry events including CFO forums and startup ecosystem gatherings.
• Collaborate with VCs and PE firms to support their portfolio companies with advisory services.
Requirements
• Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, or sales (experience in consulting or professional services is preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem, VC/PE networks, and corporate structures.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
