About the Role:
Are you passionate about sales operations and eager to learn how to coordinate and drive a
high-performing business development team? Our BDR Performance Coordinator Internship

In this 3-month internship, you’ll work closely with our Sales Manager and the BDR team,
managing performance metrics, tracking sales activities, and helping drive success. As an

Key Responsibilities:
● Track BDR Sales Activities: Monitor daily sales activities such as calls, emails, and
lead generation to ensure the team meets targets. You’ll play an important role in
tracking and analyzing these activities.
● Data Reporting: Learn to manage data using tools like Google Forms and Excel,
generating daily performance reports to assist the Sales Manager in decision-making.
You’ll develop crucial skills in data analysis and performance tracking.
● Facilitate Daily Stand-up Meetings: Lead daily stand-up meetings between the Sales
Manager and the BDR team. You’ll gain experience in leadership, time management,
and effective communication.
● Align Tasks with Sales Goals: Work alongside the Sales Manager to ensure BDR
tasks are aligned with overall sales strategies. You’ll help troubleshoot issues that may
arise within the team, gaining problem-solving and collaboration skills.
