Job Overview
We are seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team in the Townsville region. As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based support plans and develop meaningful goals for our clients.
Responsibilities
Assess and identify the needs of NDIS participants through person-centred planning
Evaluate and develop evidence-based support plans within a complex support space
Develop practical strategies utilising a positive behaviour support framework
Act as an advocate and role model for best practice
