Position: Bench Sales RecruiterExperience Required: 2 - 5 Years of genuine exp.Location : Chandanagar, Hyderabad. No remote or hybrid mode. Timings: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM.Perks and Benefits:Great Incentives structureSat-Sun Fixed off Salary : As per the company norms Responsibilities: Minimum 2 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales. Must have Excellent Communication Skills (Both Oral & Written). Well Experienced in handling the Full Cycle of Bench Sales Recruitment. i.e., from sourcing Job requirements from Prime Vendors, Vendors, Clients, etc. Regular interaction and Follow-up with bench Consultants and identifying their needs and getting them into projects accordingly. Knowledge of Job Portals like Dice, Benchinfo, Monster, CareerBuilder, and social media Platforms. Posting the resume on job portals. Submitting the consultants to all the suitable job postings on all portals. Ability to inform the candidate regarding the vendor calls and end-client interview schedules. Submitting the Bench Consultants, negotiating the best rates, following up on Interview Schedules & Placing the Consultants at best deals. Track the submissions and make regular follow-ups. Maintaining Good interpersonal Relation with the Client and the Vendors. Note : Candidates who are having relevant work experience and genuine only can apply. No remote or hybrid mode facility. Candidate should work from office from the first day.
