A prestigious and well-regarded employee benefits consulting firm is seeking a Benefits Associate / Junior Group Benefits Account Manager to work directly with the Founder and President. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on group insurance experience in Canada (required).

Attitude: Positive, dependable, and professional with a strong commitment to client service.
Work Style: Thrives in a virtual work environment, with strong communication and time management skills.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Supported the president in managing and serving group benefits and retirement clients.
Assisting in renewal reviews, client reporting, and communication with insurers and clients.
Helping with quoting, plan design comparisons, and market surveys.
Coordinating day-to-day account management activities and client support.
