Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Expertise in commercial law, corporate and business law
- Provide legal advice that complies with regulatory laws, keeping in mind the ethos of the company
- Evaluate ongoing and potential projects for the company and ensure that it adheres to corporate law stipulations
- Continually learn the dynamic changing laws and regulations of the corporate law on a national and international scale
- Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in law, whether it is LLB or BA.LLB from a recognized university
Experience:
6 to 10 years in legal functions of corporate entities or with legal firms dealing with corporates. Preferably from Manufacturing Industry
