BI Developer
Primary Skills
• Analytics - PowerBI, Azure SQL, MSBI (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS)
Job requirements
• Understand business requirements in the BI context and design data models to convert raw data to meaningful insights. Identify KPIs with clear objectives and monitor them consistently. Evaluate the effectiveness and capability of new data sources and data gathering techniques. Use statistical analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and actionable results. Conduct complex analysis of business performance, interpret the results, and summarize opportunities for improvement. Create insightful reports to monitor and highlight contributing factors to financial and operational variances. Create dashboards and visual interactive reports using Power BI. Perform DAX queries and functions in Power BI. Experience building Tabular models (DAX) in Visual Studio (work experience on SSAS or Azure Analysis Services) Create charts and document data with algorithms, parameters, models, and relations explanations. Perform SQL querying for best results. Prior experience in Xbox ecosystem is good to have
