Job Description
Receiving incoming customer service calls from existing customers
Handling inquiries, answering questions and updating records accordingly
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Seize opportunities to up sell services when they arise (minimal up selling involved)
Qualifications
Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English. Cantonese fluency would be an asset
Strong customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette
Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
Familiarity with customer service processes and techniques
Requires a 1-year commitment
