Job Description
Seeking a motivated French/English Bilingual Technical Support Level I professional to join a rapidly growing team. This role focuses on providing efficient, high-quality support to customers, assisting with technical troubleshooting, onboarding, and device monitoring.
Principal Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer support tickets.
Document resolutions and key details in IT systems such as HubSpot.
Monitor customer devices for uptime, troubleshoot issues, and generate analytics reports.
Communicate technical updates across teams using platforms like Teams and HubSpot.
Track and resolve issues with internal IT and external vendors.
Keep users informed on issue status and next steps.
Deliver excellent customer service, addressing concerns with effective communication and problem-solving.
Availability for non-standard hours, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.
Perform additional duties as required.
Key Requirements:
1+ year of technical support experience (Windows, Microsoft Office, PC hardware, networks, mobile devices)
Strong customer service mindset, communication, and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English and French
Ability to work non-standard hours as needed
Experience with Microsoft Servers, Windows OS, Chrome OS, and firewalls preferred
Bachelor’s in a technical field is an asset
