Full job description
As a Front Line Associate (FLA), you will responsible for maintaining guest services as per company standard, generating money transfer transactions, cash register operations, and loss prevention in adherence to all company policy / store standards. Schedules may include weekends and holidays.

Performs money transfer transactions process and related services
Responsible for handling Company funds and reconciliation with daily receipts
Maintains proper security measures to protect Company funds
Daily reconciliation of money transfers
Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status
Microsoft Office Skills/Computer Skills

Role Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive customer experience in line with company standards.
Process money transfer transactions and efficiently manage cash register operations.
Uphold loss prevention protocols, strictly adhering to company policies and store standards.
Handle money transfer procedures and related services, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Manage company funds, ensuring precise reconciliation with daily receipts and records.
Implement strong security measures to safeguard company funds and maintain financial integrity.
Perform daily reconciliation of money transfers to ensure accuracy and transparency.
Provide timely and accurate updates to customers regarding the status of their orders.
Role Requirements

Prior experience in customer service.
Prior experience handling financial transactions.
Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong communication skills in both languages required.
Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.

Salary

The hourly rate is $18.50 per hour. Additionally, you may be eligible to receive a $0.25 increase 30 days from your date of hire and another $0.25 increase 90 days from your date of hire.

Locations (in-person): 2025 West 8th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90057, will be the primary location. At times, there will also be a need for this person to work at 5042 Whittier Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90022.

Schedule:

Our 2025 West 8th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90057 location has standard operation hours Sunday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Pacific Time (PT). Our 5042 Whittier Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90022 location has standard operation hours Sunday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM PT. The Teller will work 40 hours a week and days will vary. Successful applicants will have the flexibility to work any day of the week within regular business hours.
