About the role:

This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing across all mail product lines, protecting revenue through proactive data validation and operational process controls. You will enhance billing and reporting efficiencies using advanced Excel skills, Power BI, and other internal systems.

In addition to billing, you will support compliance audits, manage inventory tracking, and deliver training to operational staff on billing systems and processes, while identifying and addressing skill gaps. You will also play a key part in recruitment coordination, ensuring a seamless and compliant hiring process.

With a strong focus on data integrity, this position is essential to maintaining operational accuracy, driving cost control, and supporting continuous improvement across both finance and operations functions.

This is a permanent, full-time position (Monday–Friday, 12.30pm to Approx 8pm), based at our Penrose site.

What You’ll Bring

Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and data validation.
Experience with Power BI is preferred; SQL and Python skills are a valuable bonus.
A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent time management abilities.
Previous experience in billing, finance administration, or operations support.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team.
A hands-on approach with a willingness to engage directly in operational processes when needed.
