Job Description
- Serve as the main HR contact for India-based customer-facing teams (like Sales, Customer Success, Technical Support etc.), supporting their operational and people needs.
- Oversee HR operations: payroll/benefits admin support, HR data management (in HR systems), documentation and process improvements.
- Support HRBPs in managing the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee engagement, in collaboration with India HR leadership and global department leaders.
- Address employee relations topics, coach managers, and ensure timely and compliant resolutions.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition on recruitment and workforce planning.
- Ensure strict compliance with India labor laws and company HR policies.
- Drive and participate in employee engagement, recognition, and culture-building programs.
- Gather feedback, analyze people data, and recommend people program improvements for India customer-facing teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of HR generalist/HR Specialist experience preferably with a SaaS company
- Demonstrated experience supporting customer-facing global teams.
- Deep understanding of India employment laws and HR compliance.
- Ability to build strong relationships across the organization at all levels.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, with experience thriving in a fast-paced, high- growth environment.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work U.S. business hours regularly.
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications (SHRM, PHR, etc.) a plus.
