About the Role:
As an MIS Executive at Bisleri, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our management information systems to support data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data, generating reports, and providing insights to management and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain management information systems to support business operations and decision-making processes.
• Collect, compile, and analyze data from various sources, including internal databases, reports, and external sources, to generate insights and identify trends.
• Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and analytics to support management and other stakeholders in understanding business performance and making informed decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to gather data requirements, define KPIs, and develop customized reports and analytics solutions.
• Conduct data validation, verification, and quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data.
• Provide training and support to users on how to use and interpret management information systems, reports, and dashboards effectively.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in management information systems and data analytics, and recommend enhancements and improvements to existing systems and processes.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations and company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Previous experience in management information systems, data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present findings to management and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of data privacy and security regulations and best practices.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
