Job Description
Looking for a BMS Site Engineer with the qualification of Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Engineering or related field
• With 2-3 years working experiences of instrument (Sensors) mounting, setup, configuration and verification, BMS programming, services and maintenance
• To ensure that all project activities are efficiently and cost-effectively executed throughout the project life cycle
• To liaise with the clients, consultants, project management team, sub-contractors and technology providers
• To perform site management for the installation works, inspections, testing and commissioning and handover of BMS system to clients
• To create BMS interface design, implementation, setup and programming using Modbus, BACnet or other protocols
• Ability to build and install BMS system to monitor and regulate various building services, including chillers, heat exchangers, ACMV, lighting and power metering, etc.
• With solid knowledge of different BMS system, such as system architect, controller programming, on-site testing and commissioning of sensors or meters
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Hands on experience for on site equipment troubleshooting
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams
• Ability to work under limited supervision
• Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
