Position Overview
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to partner with us on a short-term virtual pilot program hosted through a community church. The BCBA will provide weekly virtual sessions supporting students and families over a two-month period. At the conclusion of the pilot, families who wish to continue services will have the option to transition into ongoing private work directly with the BCBA, allowing the clinician to build their own client base beyond the pilot program.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate virtual support sessions once per week - Provide practical, family-friendly strategies to support learning, engagement, and regulation - Collaborate with Learn & Grow leadership to align supports with tutoring goals - Offer guidance to families that can be implemented at home and during tutoring sessions - Maintain ethical and professional BCBA standards - Communicate progress and general recommendations

Format: Virtual sessions Schedule: Once weekly Duration: 2 months Setting: Community-based church partnership Post-Pilot Opportunity: Families may continue privately with the BCBA
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification (required) - Experience working with students in grades K-12 - Comfort delivering services virtually - Strong communication and family-partnership skills - Ability to provide clear, practical strategies - Interest in building an independent client base
Compensation
Paid contract rate for the 2-month pilot program Opportunity for direct client retention following the pilot
