Location: Pride Marine Group is seeking a Boat Sales Product Specialist at our Ottawa Location.

As a Product Specialist at Pride Marine Group, you will be responsible for driving sales of our premium range of boats. This role involves understanding the unique needs and preferences of our clients, providing expert advice, and guiding them through the boat purchasing process. You will work closely with customers to identify the perfect vessel to match their lifestyle, ensuring an exceptional buying experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their boating needs and preferences.
Educate customers on our range of boats and yachts, highlighting features, specifications, and benefits.
Conduct personalized product demonstrations and sea trials to showcase the performance and capabilities of our boats.
Provide personalized recommendations and solutions tailored to individual customer requirements.
Collaborate with the sales and service teams to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to remain competitive in the marketplace.
Requirements:

Knowledge and passion for boating and water sports.
A competitive attitude and willingness to do what it takes to succeed with a high earning potential.
Previous experience in boat sales is preferred, but not necessary as we offer a high level of sales training and support!
Experience in high-end retail, customer service or a related field is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers.
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate customer needs in peak season.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
