Role Description
We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper at Miles Atnip, PLLC located in Franklin, TN. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing financial statements, bookkeeping tasks, utilizing accounting software, handling finance-related activities, and making journal entries. Role is full-time with flexible work hours. Will consider part-time with at least 25 hours per week.
Qualifications
• Financial Statements and Bookkeeping skills
• Experience with QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online are required. Xero experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Finance principles
• Ability to make Journal Entries
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Basic income and sales tax experience will be a plus.
