Qualifications
Minimum of 2- 5 years of experience in a similar role
Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) and account and bank reconciliation
Solid understanding of Bookkeeping principles
Proficient in Data Entry
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks is a MUST
Experience with Month End Close procedures
Familiarity with Payroll processing

Responsibilities
The role is onsite and involves working with various clients to maintain financial records, handle accounts payable and receivable, and conducting bank reconciliations
Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
Process invoices for vehicle maintenance and non-PO payables
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently
Perform month-end and year-end financial closing
Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
Administer petty cash according to established procedures
Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank accounts
Complete tax forms, sales tax, and production reports
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
Manage timesheets calculations and send them for processing
Assist in processing payroll, new hires, drug screens, and terminations as needed
Utilize Excel to organize and track credit card charges and process invoices for expense reports
Perform account reconciliations in a timely manner
Maintain customer confidentiality and protect financial operations of the company by keeping financial information confidential

We are seeking a Bookkeeper to join our CPA firm in Iowa. The role is onsite and involves working with various clients to maintain financial records, handle accounts payable and receivable, and conducting bank reconciliations.
Responsibilities
