OUR IDEAL BOOKKEEPER - ACCOUNTING CLERK
As a Bookkeeper - Accounting Clerk, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring financial health and clarity. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, conducting daily bank reconciliations, preparing financial reports, and coordinating with the operations department to verify contracts and vouchers. You'll also process payroll and manage employee expense reports. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will keep our business running smoothly.
All that you need to truly excel is the following:
• High school diploma
• Bookkeeping experience with a firm grasp of accounting principles
• Proficiency in accounting software, with a willingness to learn industry-specific tools
• Adept at preparing, reviewing, and understanding financial statements
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of the plumbing, heating, and air conditioning industry or ServiceTitan software is a plus. An associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred.
