Job Description
• BOOKKEEPER - This dynamic role involves driving the financial management of the firm's architectural projects, comprising tasks from processing payroll to inputting and managing financial details like sales, purchases, and receipts. This position empowers you to track and control project costs in comparison to their initial budget, becoming a financial watchdog for the organization. You'll also be a point person for financial reporting, creating key documents like balance sheets and income statements for specific architectural projects and for the business as a whole. Further, you have the chance to liaise with key stakeholders during internal and external audits, influence budget forecasts and maintain fiduciary compliance by handling tax-related duties. Plus, dip your toes into HR and be a point of contact for onboarding, offboarding and payroll concerns.
- 4+ years of accounting experience
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
- Experience in Architecture, Construction, or Project accounting, nice to have
- Implementation of accounting software, nice to have
