Permanent Full Time Shift Night Shifts 8 00 pm to 4 00 am IST Five days working We are looking for a Bookkeepers to join our team and grow with the company Position Overview We are looking for a fulltime Bookkeeper with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude to join our wonderful team The Selected Candidate will have a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and accuracy of clients financial records and will provide a clear picture of the companys financial health Responsibilities Perform full cycle accounting including monthly reconciliations Ensuring clients books are kept uptodate accurate and organized Record journal entries and maintain accuracy of the general ledger Conduct quarterly and annual financial statements and routine corporate reporting Execute analysis of specific accounts or transactions as required Planning and preparation of Year end work Compilation and Engagements Create requested schedules reconciliation and foreign exchange translations Answer direct inquires from clients on a timely manner Qualifications 23 years of work experience in a full cycle accounting role preferred Bachelors degree or Professional Certificate in accounting or related field Good experience using QuickBooks Online Casware MS Excel and possibly Sage50 accounting software Strong Technical knowledge on accounting principles Experienced with accrual accounting and working with multiple currencies Possible experience of Preparation of Individual and corporate tax returns T1 T2 as well as preparing T3s T4s and T5 slips Capabilities Effective Communicator Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team Capable of meeting financial reporting deadlines Proactive and willing to take ownership of work and find solutions Able to use tact discretion and maintain confidentiality Excellent Time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office We offer a friendly and positive work environment in exchange for bright energetic individuals with a desire to learn and contribute to our growth Benefits Casual atmosphere Room to grow with the Company Competitive salary Remote Permanent work from home Infrastructure Requirements Excellent Internet connection for Zoom Video meetings Broadband only no mobile hotspot Appropriate power backup Inverter A computer system Laptop at home Configuration i3 6th gen i5 4th Gen 2 5 GHz or higher 8 GB RAM upgradable 160 GB HDD SSD with Windows 10 Pro operating system Camera for Zoom Video conference Designated workspace for working If this sounds like you wed love to hear from you
