Job Title: Bookkeeper
Job Summary: The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be proficient in using accounting software.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger entries and journal entries.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, processing payments, and tracking expenses.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare and submit financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
• Handle payroll processing and related tax filings.
• Assist with the preparation of financial audits and coordinate with external auditors.
• Provide support to the finance team and other departments as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of all financial information.
