About the Opportunity:
As a result of continued growth across the business, we now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our Business Advisory division in our Parramatta office. This is a real opportunity to make your mark!
Working alongside a team of collaborative and driven accountants, you will provide a high level of service and have exposure to a wide range of local and international clients. In working with our clients, you will be exposed to a variety of industries and accounting packages.
In this role, you will:
Oversee Accounts Payable / Receivable.
Preparing weekly payments.
Prepare monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and other accounts as directed.
Prepare bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts.
Assist with business activity statement preparation and reporting.
Manage payroll preparation.
Contribute to monthly reporting.
Respond to internal / external client enquiries in a timely manner.
About You:
5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
Experience in MYOB, Xero and other accounting packages.
Bookkeeping or Accounting qualifications are a plus.
Strong Microsoft office skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work autonomously, and as part of a team.
Focus on delivering a high level of client service.
