Key Responsibilities
Process accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank transactions and financial records
Prepare and lodge BAS, payroll, and superannuation
Maintain accurate records using accounting software (e.g., Xero or MYOB)
Assist with end-of-month reporting and invoicing
Liaise with external accountant and suppliers when required
Requirements
Previous experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping practices and payroll
Proficiency with accounting software (Xero/MYOB preferred)
High attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Australian work rights required (we do not offer visa sponsorship)
