Assist with financial reporting, tax filings, and coordinating with external auditors as needed
Support the management of profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and month-end closing procedures to ensure precise and prompt financial reporting
Administer employee benefit programs, such as health coverage, retirement plans, and leave policies
Facilitate hiring, onboarding, and maintaining employee records
Process payroll and ensure adherence to federal and state labor regulations
Act as a resource for employee relations and HR-related concerns
Develop, implement, and maintain company policies and operational procedures
