Job Description
Location - Chennai/Mumbai
Responsibilities:
ERP Implementation -
• Support the migration of the Company Financials (previous years) into Netsuite
• Manage and maintain past & future financials data as per IFRS in Netsuite.
• Maintain vendor details with PAN & GST number in Netsuite
• Prepare Bank Reconciliations in Netsuite
• Prepare Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Maintain Proper Documentation Taxation -
• Ensure proper migration & maintenance of TDS & GST related information into Netsuite
Ad Hoc Tasks -
• Support the Global Finance Team with from time to time with ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
• At least 6-8 years of experience in Bookkeeping and Data Migration
• Educational Qualification – Commerce Graduate, CA Inter (preferred)
• Has worked in an environment of Indian entity having a holding Company
outside India
• Working Knowledge of Income Tax, GST Laws & Labour Laws
• Knowledge in NetSuite or similar ERP preferred
• Has the ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
• Has eye for details and is keen to learn new skills
• Fluent English in speaking, talking and writing
