Salary $50,000 - $70,000 per year

Job Details
Responsibilities
• Handle the Bookkeeping, Month and Year End Close for 50+ Clients.
• Create informational reports based on transactions for our clients to review.
• Analyze monthly data to detect any anomalies.
• Look for and provide solutions for accounting irregularities.
• Prepare Monthly and Quarterly Sales Tax for 40+ Clients
• Communicate with clients
• Record adjusting journal entries to adjust books when required.
• Understand and apply tax reduction strategies
Requirements
• BS in Accounting preferred but not required
• Public Account experience preferred but not required.
• 3+ years of Bookkeeping and Accounting services a Must
• Proven work experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication and client service skills
• Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
• QuickBooks Desktop & QuickBooks Online accounting software experience
• Computer literacy, numerical skills and attention to detail
