Ideal Candidate
The BPO Executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various communication channels. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities-
• International Outbound calling process.
• Update and maintain the CRM system.
• Giving effective and reasonable solutions to the customers and clients.
• Evaluating all relevant data to handle inquiries.
• Managing administration, communicating and coordinating with internal departments.
The Profile
Requirements-
• Good English communications.
• Open availability for 2 shifts:
• AUS Shift - 5am-2pm ; UK Shift - 2PM-11PM
• Monday to Friday (Sat. Sun. fix off)
• Fresher or experience up to 1 year.
• Experience in dealing with the public.
• Graduate or Under Graduate.
• Good computer skills.
Perks and Benefits -
1.Salary range - 12k-20k inhand (depending upto the interview round and previous experience + Incentives (Performance based)
2. PF/ESIC
3. Leave Encashment.
4. 5 days working
5. Fixed shift timing.
• 6. One way cab facility (for specified locations)
