Job description
You are currently looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join the team in Jaipur. As a Customer Support Specialist, your role will involve handling customer complaints, providing suitable solutions and alternatives within specified time limits, and ensuring follow-up to guarantee resolution. You will be responsible for addressing customer issues and delivering easy-to-follow solutions.

Ideal candidates for this position should be Undergraduate/Graduate with excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. The salary offered for this role can go up to 35K CTC. Applicants from all over India are welcome to apply.

The job involves working full-time as a Fresher. The benefits provided include health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule may require night shifts or rotational shifts. The preferred educational qualification is Higher Secondary (12th Pass).

Candidates with a total work experience of 1 year, preferably in customer service, are preferred. Proficiency in Hindi is preferred, while proficiency in English is required for this role.

The work location will be in person.,
