Your job responsibility is to carry out BPO- Night Shift voice process. Need to attend calls of customers and respond to their queries. Candidates who are willing to work in night shift only should apply. Customers are USA based so should be able to handle US calls perfectly.
Excellent English knowledge and communication required. Any experience working with customers is an added advantage.
Should have ability to work independently on projects.
Both online and offline support required. Need to respond to calls and emails from customers.
Any experience with apparel industry is an added advantage.
